2026 Property Tax Bills
Property tax bills for 2026 will be mailed during the week of February 9. They are also already available through the Voilà! online property portal.
In 2026, property taxes may now be paid in three interest-free instalments. The payment deadlines are as follows:
The deadline for the first instalment is March 9, 2026.
The deadline for the second instalment is June 9, 2026.
The deadline for the third payment instalment is September 9, 2026.
Accepted Payment Methods
You may pay your tax account:
through your financial institution, online, by phone, or at a branch;
by mail by sending a check to the City of Westmount (TAXES), P.O. Box 334, SUCC. Westmount, QC, H3Z 2T5;
in person at Westmount City Hall, 4333 Sherbrooke Street West, by cheque, debit, or cash (cheques can be slid into the envelope slot at the entrance door);
by credit card or bank transfer on the ACCEO platform only (service fees from ACCEO Solutions apply).
