The City will undertake rehabilitation work on Grosvenor Avenue, between The Boulevard and the northern city limit, beginning on May 1, 2026, with completion expected in approximately 15 weeks.
The project includes the replacement of water service connections, rehabilitation of the water main, reconstruction of sidewalks, repairs to the concrete road base, and upgrades to street lighting and hydro infrastructure.
