Launch of the Info-Neige App

The City of Westmount is pleased to announce the launch of its Info-Neige app. This app will allow residents to track snow clearing operations directly from their phone or tablet.

How It Works and Key Features

Mobile Application

Available on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android), the Info-Neige mobile app offers:

• Push Notifications: Receive personalised alerts for the street segments you’ve added to your favorites
• Direct access to regular updates provided by the City

Web Version

Accessible to all residents, the web version will display snow removal operations scheduled up to 12 hours in advance:

• Real-time operation status, using a simple and clear legend:
  no operation, snow-covered, planned, parking prohibited, operation completed
• Affected street segments, updated live as work progresses

Please note: Street signage always takes priority. If there is a discrepancy between the information in the app and posted signage, residents must follow the signage on the street.
