Paving Work on Arlington Avenue-September 9 to 11

As part of the Arlington Avenue and Sherbrooke Street West reconstruction project, cleaning and paving work is scheduled on Arlington Avenue, between Côte-Saint-Antoine Road and Sherbrooke Street West.

Arlington Avenue will be closed to traffic starting Wednesday, September 9 at 7 a.m., with reopening scheduled for Friday, September 11 at 7 a.m., weather permitting.

Residents are asked to note the following measures:

Move vehicles from the street and driveways before 7 a.m. on September 9.
Use the temporary parking permits already provided to park on nearby streets.
The newly paved roadway will remain closed for approximately 24 hours after paving to allow the asphalt to properly cure.
Vehicular access to private driveways will be prohibited during the work.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
