Since 1927, the Westmount floral clock has stood as a symbol of beauty and horticultural innovation. Inspired by a design from Edinburgh, this unique clock—the only one of its kind in Canada—has been drawing visitors for nearly a century. Situated in Westmount Park, at the corner of Sherbrooke Street and Lansdowne Avenue, its face is made up of 8,000 bedding plants carefully cultivated in our greenhouses throughout the winter.
Starting in early June, renovation work will begin to enhance the clock’s visibility from the street and to replace some of the plants.
