Application for a permit to distribute circulars

Application is hereby made for the issuance of a permit for the distribution of circulars under By-law 1032.

Indicate the approximate number of flyers to be distributed, the distribution route, and the planned distribution dates and times.

Note:

  • It is forbidden to distribute circulars to a private residence or residential building located on the territory of the City, unless the distributor complies with the provisions of the municipal by-law concerning the distribution of circulars, has obtained the required permit and has paid the fees related to said permit in accordance with the by-law establishing the rates in effect.
  • The distributor undertakes to comply with the provisions of this by-law and to ensure that any holder who distributes the circular(s) for which the permit is requested complies with these provisions.
  • Each distributor must provide a means of identification to each holder who delivers the circular(s) for which the permit is requested.
  • Any false or misleading statement on the application form will result in automatic rejection of the application and, if applicable, automatic revocation and/or non-renewal of the permit issued.
