Closing an Account


Please note that you are still responsible for paying your electricity bill at your old address until Hydro Westmount has received and processed your request to close your account. 

Therefore, it is important to inform Hydro Westmount of your exact moving date at least seven (7) days in advance.

If you are a tenant and do not know the name and telephone number of the new tenant, please provide the name and telephone number of the landlord.
