For any questions, comments or requests concerning collection services, please fill out the form below.

Please note: 

  • Green waste is collected weekly from April 15 to the end of November.
  • Bulky items are collected monthly from May to October, by registration only.
  • Hazardous household waste collections are organized twice annually, in the spring and in the fall. Check the City's website for the collection dates.

At any time, you may consult the information regarding collection types and collection schedules by sector. You will also find additional information, including details on accepted materials, accepted bin types and information regarding depot sites.

About the bulky items collection
Bulky items are collected on the 1st Tuesday of every month from May to October. Click here to register for this collection.

*Items refused for this collection include: mattresses, sofas, electronics, plastic items, construction waste (except wooden pallets and boards).
