Report a graffiti on my property
Please include, where possible, the size and colours of the graffiti, as well as its visibility to the public.

The owner agrees to give access to the property, located at the above-mentioned civic address (address of intervention), to representatives of the City of Westmount and its designated contractor, so that they may carry out on his property the work of removing, cleaning or masking graffiti visible from the street, as well as future recurrences, if any. The City of Westmount will pay the full cost of the work performed and the products used (with the exception, where applicable, of paint supplied by the owner). The contractor has no obligation of result. Furthermore, the owner is advised that the work may leave certain marks, demarcations or other residues on the treated surfaces.
I authorize the City of Westmount to proceed with the removal, cleaning or masking of graffiti at the above-mentioned property, in accordance with the acceptance described above.
I refuse to allow the City of Westmount to remove, clean or mask graffiti.
Please note: Any graffiti which is deemed to be heinous will be reported to the SPVM.
