Grant requests must meet the following conditions:
- The applicant must be a Westmount resident.
- Purchases must be made online or from a registered business during the current year.
- The minimum purchase amount is $40, before taxes, per request (excluding additional fees such as shipping or installation).
- All information and supporting documents must be clear and legible, and must be submitted within a single request.
- The bill or proof of purchase must be included as a supporting document and must indicate:
- the name and address of the registered business;
- the purchase date during the current year;
- the price before and after taxes;
- a description serving to identify the product (additionally, a product sheet, or a photo of the product or its packaging, may be submitted).
A maximum of two (2) grant applications are accepted per address or per occupancy unit per year.
