Opening an Account - Residential

To open a new residential account, complete the form below and include the required documents. A $25 account opening fee will be applied to your first Hydro Westmount bill.

Before starting, make sure you have the following information on hand:

  • The exact start date and address where the electricity will be consumed
  • Your telephone number(s)
  • Your e-mail address(es)

Include the civic number, street name, and postal code. Leave this field empty if you no longer have this information.

Is the billing address the same as the consumption address?•
Provide the full address: civic number, street name, city, province, country, and postal code.
