Parking permit request for a person with reduced mobility

This form allows persons with reduced mobility to submit a request for a reserved parking space. Please note that each request is subject to an evaluation to ensure it meets the established criteria before approval.

Important:

Before completing your application, please ensure you have the following required documents ready :

Copy of the City form, completed and available in this link: Formulaire_mobilité_réduite (anglais) 20260420.pdf
Proof of residence
Photocopy or photo of the SAAQ disabled parking permit
Photocopy of the vehicle registration certificate

Please note:

If this request is being made on behalf of an institution, you do not need to submit the documents mentioned above.
An incomplete application may result in processing delays or refusal.
The request will only be valid if the applicant holds a 24-hour permit issued by the City of Westmount.
A disabled parking space is not a private space. Any person holding a valid SAAQ disabled parking permit has the right to use it.
The City of Westmount generally conducts annual inspections of its parking spaces. It reserves the right to revoke reserved parking privileges if the usage is juged non-compliant, if stipulated in the inspection report.
